Hipster 2 high waisted part 2

A picture of the inside : put your skirt on, inside out. Determine how much you need to take out to make it fit your waist.

Then just fold over the fabric and lining, in 2 places in the back.

Get out your machine and stich 2 rectangles like so, all the way through the material and the lining:

Admire your high waisted, much more elegant result :

The extra pleats are in the back, nicely blending in with the existing ones.
