Don't you just love a nice pattern ? This (thrifted) skirt was a bit clumsely hanging down from my hips, and the lenght was unflattering. So I decided to make it high wasted. All you need to do is put it on, and make 2 pleats in the back, one to the left and one to the right. Pin them down, take the skirt off, carefully, and then stitch them down.
